RightsProtect

RightsProtect provides protection for companies who buy software or technology from other companies. The type of company that leverages this solution are "licensees" or "buyers." There are two common reasons for using RightsProtect: To ensure business continuity, and to reduce project risk by having subcontractors or vendors deposit their source code in escrow.

CodeSafe enables software companies to protect the intellectual property of their software, while complying with escrow and contractual obligations to their customers.

AssetStor

Escrow for financial purposes often has different requirements that what is provided in RightsProtect or CodeSafe. tinyEscrow offers a specific solution to make it quick and easy for these types of contracts to be established and assets to be deposited. AssetStor will establish an escrow account that secures intellectual property in escrow as collateral.
