Pricing and Ordering
Our escrow solutions (RightsProtect, CodeSafe, and AssetStor) are sold as annual subscriptions. Services are added a la carte.
Solutions are sold by the size of the material being deposited. The sizes are 100 MB, 1 GB, and Unlimited*.

RightsProtect
With RightsProtect, you are establishing an escrow account where the providers of the software you use to run your business can deposit their source code.
- The Single Depositor Plan should be used to create a contract exclusively between you and an single software provider.
- The Multiple Depositor Plan* should be used to create an umbrella plan under which multiple depositors can deposit.
*Note that when using a multiple depositor plan, all of the escrow contract terms (including release events) for depositors are exactly the same. Alterations to these agreements are limited.

CodeSafe
With CodeSafe, you are establishing an escrow account where you as a creator of software will deposit your source code. You will be able to provide assurances to the purchasers and users of this software that under certain conditions, they will be able to gain access to your software's source code.
- The Single Beneficiary Plan should be used to create a contract exclusively between you and an single software purchaser.
- The Multiple Beneficiary Plan** should be used to create an umbrella plan under which multiple purchasers will have the same assurances to the software product. The benefit is that you only need to manage one contract.
**Note that when using a multiple beneficiary plan, all of the escrow contract terms (including release events) for beneficiaries are exactly the same. Alterations to these agreements are limited.

AssetStor
With AssetStor, you are establishing an escrow account where you as a creator of software will deposit your source code. Under AssetStor, you will be establishing a set of events under which the financial institution will be given access to the software's source code.

Basic Services
All basic services are included with a subscription to a solution. Basic services include:
Virtual Vault
The Virtual Vault is where we escrow the source code. It is included as part of all solutions.
No-pain Deposit
No-pain Depositing makes it simple and straight-forward to make deposits into the Virtual Vault. It is included as part of all solutions.
Monitoring and Notification
Monitoring and Notification make it easy for all parties to be notified about the activity on the Virtual Vault such as when deposits were made. It is included as part of all solutions.
Audit Support
Audit Support provides information about the Virtual Vault, and in most cases, what was specifically included in the deposit. It is included as part of all solutions.
Premium Services
Premium Services are added by quantity. For instance, if you wanted a software verification run quarterly, it is reccommended to purchase 4 Software Verification credits. You would then schedule the verifications inside the DAX management system.
Deposit Certification
Deposit Certification is an audit by tinyEscrow that the deposit includes everything specified in the escrow agreement.

Software Verification
tinyEscrow has facilities to setup and establish that software being deposited works. Because verification requirements, and therefore the amount of effort vary significantly from product to product, the price to complete the work must be quoted based on a number of factors.
